Ownership of the Platform, its structure, and derived outputs remains with ATN. The rights and permitted uses of content are governed further by the Terms of Service.

We collect content you provide through the Platform, including:

• Questions submitted
• Responses and insights
• Comments and discussions
• Uploaded materials (e.g., documents, presentations, webinar content)

Content contributed to the Platform is intended to support a shared knowledge base and may be:

• anonymised
• aggregated with other contributions
• incorporated into summaries, insights, or knowledge outputs

As a result:

• content may continue to be retained and used by the Platform even if a user deletes or deactivates their account;
• Once anonymised and incorporated into aggregated or processed outputs, it may no longer be possible to identify or remove specific individual contributions.

ATN will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymise personal identifiers associated with content where appropriate, but does not guarantee removal of all derived or aggregated outputs.

2.4 PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

ATN does not store full payment card details.

Default Anonymity

• Content such as questions, responses, and contributions may be displayed without personal identifiers.

Optional Identification in Private Contexts

• Certain features (such as private chat rooms or direct collaboration spaces) may allow users to disclose their identity voluntarily.
• Where users choose to disclose their identity in such contexts, this is done at their own discretion.

Private Chat Spaces

• ATN does not actively retain or use personal identity information disclosed within private chat environments beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
• ATN does not use private chat identity disclosures for profiling, marketing, or external sharing.

Limitations

• While ATN is designed to promote anonymity, users are responsible for ensuring they do not disclose personal or sensitive information if they wish to remain anonymous.

4.2 PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS AND DATA RETENTION

Private communications (including chat functionality) are intended to be limited in scope and used for direct interaction between users.

ATN does not use personal identity information disclosed within private chat environments for profiling, marketing, or external sharing.

ATN does not intentionally retain private communications for long-term use beyond what is necessary to operate and maintain the Platform.

However:

• Private communications may be temporarily stored in system logs, backups, or infrastructure required for security, performance, and reliability.
• limited retention may occur where necessary for legal, compliance, or operational purposes;
• Complete or immediate deletion of all technical records cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

• ATN will take reasonable steps to cease use of partner-provided data in future processing.
• ATN will remove or restrict access to source materials where reasonably practicable;

4.4. RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By providing content, research, or datasets to ATN, partners and users acknowledge that:

• AI processing may generate outputs that persist beyond the original data source;
• complete technical removal of all derived content may not always be possible;
• ATN operates on a best-efforts basis to manage data responsibly, but does not guarantee full erasure of all processed outputs.

4.5 PERSONAL DATA AND DELETION RIGHTS

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable data protection laws.

Where content contains personal data, users may request deletion or erasure of that

personal data in accordance with applicable law.

However:

• where content has been anonymised, it may no longer be possible to identify or remove specific individual data;
• where content has been aggregated or incorporated into AI-generated or derived outputs, it may not be technically possible to remove all elements of the original contribution;
• Where data is no longer identifiable as personal data, it may fall outside the scope of data protection laws.

ATN will take reasonable steps to honour valid data subject requests, but does not guarantee removal of anonymised, aggregated, or AI-derived outputs.

ATN may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to process content and provide features such as summarisation, organisation of information, and content recommendations.

ATN does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.

AI-generated outputs are intended to support information discovery and knowledge sharing, and are not used to make decisions about users without human oversight.

ATN does not engage in profiling of users for the purpose of targeted advertising or behavioural tracking.

Where automated processing is used, it is applied in a limited and proportionate manner consistent with the operation of the Platform.

10.1 DATA SECURITY INCIDENTS

ATN takes the security of personal data seriously and has processes in place to identify, assess, and respond to potential data security incidents.

In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, ATN will take appropriate steps to:
